The 2023 Session is My Last Session as Your Delegate
Dear Friends,
Thank you.
The 2023 Session of the General Assembly will be my last session as your Delegate. Serving you is the greatest honor I have ever experienced; not easy, but extremely fulfilling.
With your help, I will continue to serve, but in the Virginia Senate. My first milestone will be on or around June 2023.
In a few days the 2023 Session of the Virginia General Assembly begins and will run for 45 days.
I will be laser focused on putting your needs first, always asking myself two questions before casting a vote:
First-What is right in God's eyes?
Second-How will this affect the freedom we rightfully enjoy?
PRIORITIES LIST
Economic Freedom to thrive and prosper.
Freedom to live and work in safety.
Education Freedom to know our children have an opportunity to become happy and healthy adults and reach their full potential.
Freedom to thrive and prosper.Inflation is a hidden tax that hits hard by driving up costs and making it far more difficult to make ends meet. I will fight for the reversal of Virginia's wasteful
energy policies that make big promises, have big price tags, but accomplish little or nothing. LikewiseI'll fight for repeal of unnecessary laws and regulationsthat make doing business more difficult and costly.
Freedom to live and work in safety.Ourlaw enforcers and first respondersneed to know that we appreciate them and are willing to fund them adequately. I will also push hard to restore gun rights that have been stolen from us. Democrats wrongfully insist on
treating criminals as victims and victims as criminals. This is backwards and needs to be corrected. Freedom to live starts with the unborn and the weakest among us. Freedom only exists with fair and accurate elections. God given rights include the right of conscience to have well-informed consent or non-consent to medical decisions.
Freedom to know our children have an opportunity to become happy and healthy adults and reach their full potential. My promise is torefocus our schools, funded by our taxpayer dollars, back
to the basics of learning valuable, marketable skills. I will fight against efforts to embrace far-left goals to confuse children by promoting racism, sexism, and inappropriate sexual ideas. Parents who pay for education must have the freedom to control how and where their kids attend school, including access to public, private, or homeschool options.
As always, please share your ideas with me!
Thanks again for the honor of serving you. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help you!
